Fire Emblem: Heroes is out now on Android and iOS worldwide; give it a try for free!

The latest mobile game from Nintendo, Fire Emblem: Heroes, is now available on both Android and iOS worldwide.

Fire Emblem: Heroes takes the strategy gameplay from the main series and crunches it down into bit-size levels on a more simplified battlefield. While it won’t seek to replace the dedicated games, it makes for a fun casual version of Fire Emblem to play on the go.

Best of all, it’s free-to-play with optional in-app purchases, so there’s really no reason not to give it a try. While you can purchase Orbs to obtain new characters faster through summoning, they can be obtained freely as well simply by progressing through the story.

What’s up next for Nintendo’s mobile game infinitive though? Animal Crossing! We’re looking forward to covering anything and everything on the upcoming Animal Crossing mobile game when it’s finally revealed and released later this year. It’s worth noting that it will be free-to-play as well, so Fire Emblem may give us a look into what’s in store.

Download Fire Emblem: Heroes off the Google Play Store here and the iOS App Store here.
