Nintendo just released an update this morning for Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp bringing the game up to version number 1.0.2. The update is now available to download in the iOS App Store and Google Play Store.
It might be advertised as a free download, but Nintendo would love for you to spend some cash on purchases inside Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp. Thanks to a handy app from Google, you can reap some purchases from Pocket Camp for free!
Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp is a free-to-play game and unsurprisingly Nintendo will be trying their hardest to lure you into spending on the app’s micro-transactions. To start off the new release, there are two special Launch Celebration packs available for purchase.
We speculated a couple days ago that the official release of Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp would land near November 22nd and it looks like that prediction has come perfectly true!
Animal Crossing fans in Australia have been happily enjoying Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp for three weeks now, but the rest of the world has been left out of the dark when it comes to an official release. Now it looks like we’re heading towards a worldwide release on or near November 22nd.
We previously reported on the shutdown when it was announced in August, but we want to remind you one more time. Nintendo plans to shut down the entire Miiverse service on Nintendo 3DS, Wii U, and the web TONIGHT (November 7th) at 10PM Pacific Time.
