The January 2013 DLC delivery schedule for Animal Crossing: New Leaf

The Animal Crossing: New Leaf DLC schedule for January 2013 has been announced by Nintendo. Check out these two new DLC items after the break that owners of a Japanese copy can receive next month! 

The first DLC item being distributed this year is the First Sunrise of the New Year painting! As the name implies, this DLC item is celebrating the New Year with a painting of the first sunrise. Neat huh? Please note, the 2013 numbers displayed in the picture are not part of the DLC.

Distribution of this item is from January 1st to January 31st, simply speak with Pelly at the Post Office to receive the gift! (and have SpotPass turned on as always)

The second announced DLC item is a Mirror Mochi item! In Japan, Mirror Mochi is a traditional New Year’s decoration so it’s very appropriate for the time. It consists of two rice cakes and an orange with a leaf on top. (Wikipedia) Again, please note that only the circled item is part of the DLC.
