Ring in the New Year with this official Animal Crossing: New Leaf 2016 Wall Calendar (50% off)

There’s been an official 2016 Animal Crossing: New Leaf calendar available since last August and it’s 50% off right now for the New Year, so let’s take a look!

The calendar runs from September 2015 through to December 2016 and features an Animal Crossing special character prominently on the top half of every month, with more characters and trees surrounding the days.

Some of these character choices make sense like Jack in October, but others are frankly nonsense with Pete in March. (why not Zipper?) The backgrounds for each month aren’t exactly amazing either with just a basic pattern resembling the season, but it works.

A full page of bonus Animal Crossing stickers are included as well with trees, fruits, favorite villagers, and important special characters. There’s no official photo of these, but check out this look from JVGS:

I wouldn’t say this is a fantastic calendar by any means but if you’re always looking for more Animal Crossing in your life, then it might be worth picking one up for the New Year. You can pick up a copy at Amazon (currently 50% off as of writing) or your local book store.
