Animal Crossing: New Leaf is now just $20 USD / $30 CAD on the Nintendo eShop and retail stores in North America

As we wrote about earlier this month, Animal Crossing: New Leaf joins the Nintendo Selects discount starting today in North America with a new price of just $20 USD, or $30 CAD!

Animal Crossing: New Leaf isn’t the only title joining the Nintendo Selects line-up at the same price point today though! Luigi’s Mansion: Dark Moon, Tomodachi Life, nintendogs + cats: Golden Retriever & New Friends, and LEGO® City Undercover: The Chase Begins are joining with Animal Crossing on the Nintendo 3DS side, while the Wii U gains  The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD, Nintendo Land, and LEGO® City Undercover.

The new prices for Animal Crossing: New Leaf and the other 7 titles are live digitally in the Nintendo eShop right now, and retailers should have their newly peiced Nintendo Select versions available now as well. All of the new Nintendo Selects, Animal Crossing: New Leaf, are live now on Amazon.com here! Even better, Amazon Prime users can get an additional $4 off each game released in this wave too as they technically count as newly released games.

It’s not hard to guess either that Animal Crossing: New Leaf getting a heavy discount right now is cleverly timed for the upcoming Autumn Update with amiibo support, or the announced Animal Crossing mobile game coming this fall.
