Check out this Island Companion Planner designed for Animal Crossing: New Horizons on Kickstarter

Looking for a great way to document your Animal Crossing: New Horizons plans and experiences on good ol’ fashioned pen and paper? We might have the perfect planner for you!

The Island Companion Planner is a pretty cool Animal Crossing project recently launched on Kickstarter by Nicholas Grimes. While the project doesn’t officially call itself an Animal Crossing planner, likely for legal reasons, it’s pretty clearly intended for use with the upcoming Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

Inside the planner you’ll find graph pages dedicated to planning out your island down to each acre and each square, table pages for tracking the various creatures to catch, biography pages to log every villager that moves into your town, and much more!

There will also be weekly calendar-like pages for keeping track of the in-game holiday events and your favorite villager birthdays that you won’t want to ever miss. And even a friends list planner to keep track of friend codes and write notes about all of your New Horizons pals, like who the pitfall troublemakers are!

In terms of finer details, the planner is expected to be about 192 pages long with a coil/spiral binding for easy writing and intends to cover the first full year of your deserted island adventure in Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

As of writing this article, the Island Companion Planner is almost fully funded of its goal of $2600 USD, so there’s little worry about pledging in only for disappointment to ensue if it’s not produced. There’s even a stretch goal available at $3000 to have the planner’s cover printed in color, which would be pretty cool!

You can check out the Island Companion Planner yourself here at Kickstarter and see if you’d like to consider pledging to the project or not. It costs $12 for a trimmed digital copy with only the island tracking sections, or $24 for the complete planner in physical form.

Please note that this is an unofficial fan-created project not associated with Nintendo in any way — just in case that was unclear by any chance. Let me know in the comments below if you happen to leave a pledge yourself and what interests you most about the planner!
