Animal Crossing amiibo cards Series 2 releasing on January 22nd in North America

Just announced in the latest Nintendo Direct, the second series of Animal Crossing amiibo cards finally have a release date in North America.

Animal Crossing amiibo cards Series 2 are set to release in North America on January 22nd, alongside the second wave of Animal Crossing amiibo figures. Unfortunately, this comes a couple months later than the European release date of November 20th, and the Japanese release date of October 29th.

Just like the original series of cards, Series 2 contains 100 brand new amiibo cards including 17 special character cards. These special character cards include favourites like Jack, Porter, Reese, K.K. Slider, and Blanca. Oh yeah, and there’s Julian too.
