March Nintendo Direct broadcast coming later today (Thursday, March 3rd)

Nintendo has announced a new Nintendo Direct event set to broadcast later today on Tjursday, March 3rd at 2PM Pacific Time / 5 PM Eastern Time! Regional editions for North America, Europe, and Japan will be available.

The presentation is expected to include upcoming Wii U and Nintendo 3DS games releasing from now through the summer of this year. Information on mobile games or the upcoming Nintendo NX won’t be included.

While it wouldn’t be realistic to expect anything on new Animal Crossing games, we can probably look for an update on upcoming Animal Crossing amiibo cards at the very least. Series 3 was recently announced to release sometime in March for North America without a specific date, so expect a release date to be revealed!
