Last week, we reported on an Animal Crossing: New Leaf event being held at the Nintendo World Store in New York on June 8th. At the time, we speculated that you may be able to purchase the game a day earlier. Full details are after the break:
Today’s episode of Inside the Treehouse is a bit of a short one but if you want to hear about the custom designs in Animal Crossing: New Leaf, watch the video below:
Despite what some have thought, the upcoming Rainbow Screen DLC is not an exclusive to North America. The item was announced today for distribution in Japan and South Korea throughout the month of June.
We’re still waiting for word on availability in Europe but stay tuned. Also, you can see a larger screenshot of the item above. 🙂
After a short break, Nintendo is back with another episode of Inside the Treehouse! Members of the Treehouse discuss the many new pieces of furniture in Animal Crossing: New Leaf including the ability to customize furniture. Oh and pants.
We’re now less than two weeks away from Animal Crossing: New Leaf’s release in North America and Europe isn’t far behind. Unless you want fate to decide your face, you probably want a face guide to use on launch day.
Thankfully, Jeff over at JVGS.net has taken the time to put together an English version of a Face Guide for Animal Crossing: New Leaf. Click here to view the full guide! You may want to bookmark it for release day. 🙂
Interestingly enough, it seems that in the English version the characters start off with an eye colour while in the Japanese version, the characters always start off with black eyes.
Leave us a comment below sharing which face you’ll be trying to get, or if you’re leaving it up to fate!
Nintendo updated the official Animal Crossing: New Leaf website today with the full event calendar for North America included. The European calendar will be similar but likely have a few differences so stay tuned for that. The full calendar can be viewed after the break:
In addition to the two new DLC items revealed yesterday, Nintendo and Best Buy have announced a partnership for exclusive items through Nintendo Zone hotspots at select Best Buy locations throughout the summer. Keep reading for details…
