Animal Crossing fans! It might not be a new game quite yet, but Nintendo’s got something else to hold you over. Two brand new DLC packs for Mario Kart 8 has been revealed, including one themed to Animal Crossing.

The Animal Crossing DLC pack for Mario Kart 8 will be released in May 2015. Inside you’ll acquire two Animal Crossing playable racers: Isabelle and the Villager, plus Dry Bowser for… some reason. (I wish I knew…) There will also be four unknown vehicle additions. But of course, the grand prize is 2 new cups, adding up to 8 new courses.

Additionally, there’s The Legend of Zelda DLC pack for Mario Kart 8 releasing far sooner in November this year. This pack offers Link, alongside Tanooki Mario and Cat Peach. There’s 4 more vehicles as well, plus another 2 new cups, adding up to 8 more new courses.

As for information on the new courses, we don’t know much on the specifics. Some speculation can be driven from the screenshots released so far though. There appears to be an Animal Crossing track, a Lost Woods track from Zelda, an Excitebike track, and an F-ZERO track. Plus, there will certainly be some returning classic tracks as Wario’s Gold Mine from Mario Kart Wii can be seen.

Each pack will run you up $7.99, but Nintendo’s also offering a bundle deal for $11.99 including both packs. You can pre-order the packs right now, and download a bonus set of new Yoshi and Shy Guy skin recolours immediately. (with pre-order of the bundle)
