Nintendo has posted a Developer Chat recorded at E3 2015 with Animal Crossing Director Aya Kyogoku and Chibi-Robo: Zip Lash developer Risa Tabata.

Aya Kyogoku and Risa Tabata discuss how they got into the gaming industry, what it’s like working at Nintendo as a women, how they develop games, and talk about their respective games a bit, specifically Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer, Animal Crossing: amiibo Festival, and Chibi-Robo: Zip Lash.
