Animal Crossíng: Happy Home Designer now available for pre-purchase and pre-load on the Nintendo eShop with free theme (NA)

The Nintendo eShop in the United States and Canada has been updated today with the pre-purchase for Animal Crossíng: Happy Home Designer now available.
Pre-purchasing the game on the Nintendo eShop will allow you to begin downloading most of the game’s data immediately, with only a small update required when the game launches on September 25th at midnight. While the screenshot below is from the Canadian eShop where the price is $44.99, the US price is $39.99.
Plus, as we’ve previously reported, purchasers of the digital version of Animal Crossíng: Happy Home Designer will receive a free copy of the Animal Crossíng: Happy Home Designer Your Office theme for the HOME Menu on their Nintendo 3DS. Here’s the relevant snippet from the eShop listing:
