Nintendo released a new Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer TV commercial focusing on the amiibo cards today, watch it below:

The commercial shows off the usage of Animal Crossing amiibo Cards on both the new Nintendo 3DS XL, and the NFC Reader/Writer addon. Interestingly, Nintendo is even encouraging the sharing of the cards with your friends in this ad.
