The Entire Animal Crossing: New Horizons Nook Inc. Manga Series So Far with Translations

3 weeks ago 7 Comments

For a few months now, Nintendo have been releasing a special mini Nook Inc. manga series for Animal Crossing: New Horizons!

Typically, these manga (or comic) strips have been published alongside the conclusion of a new real world Nook Inc. Deserted Island Getaway Package briefing session at an event in Japan.

So far, there have been five parts released in total and we’ve got a compilation of them all below, including translated English versions by various users. You’ll find the translator credit of course too.

Part 1

English translation by Moqk.

Part 2

English translation by Moqk.

Part 3

Part 4

English translation by Moqk.

Part 5

English translation by @RealKeeper1st.

That covers all of the parts released so far in the Animal Crossing: New Horizons Nook Inc. manga series! A new one is typically releases after every Japanese event with a booth for the game, and another one of these events appears to be planned for next weekend. So we can expect Part 6 very soon!

Again, we’d like to give a huge thank you to both Moqk on Reddit and RealKeeper1st on Twitter for their great translation work.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons launches worldwide in less than two months from now on March 20th! Check out our release date countdown here, or pre-order the game here. Stay tuned to Animal Crossing World for more news as we approach the release!

I’ve been imagining that the Nookphone is somehow solar powered. 🙂

Related to the game, but not specifically to this post…

I saw a Nintendo commercial of a mom and daughter playing AC:NH on their Switch Lites today. Hopefully this reassures those people who were worried that it wasn’t going to play on the Lite. It would have been bizarre if it hadn’t, but it was weird that the eshop page used to have ‘handheld mode’ and ‘table top mode’ both blanked out as supported modes, so maybe that’s what made some folks worry?

Oh yeah…I also noticed the pear trees in the mom’s village. She put fencing around her trees. Kinda makes me wonder how the fruit will fall when you shake it down. Maybe all of it to the back, in her case?
