The North American Twitter account for Animal Crossing: New Leaf has opened up at @AnimalCrossing with a welcome message from Isabelle, the secretary in New Leaf.
Head over to the Twitter page to follow the account for new screenshots and more over the coming weeks. You can also follow the European account @AC_Isabelle.
Hopefully, the official complete website for North America will launch soon following the Twitter account. The European website has been open for a few weeks now.

Just in case anyone was looking for a confirmation, Nintendo has sent out a SpotPass notification on the 3DS informing us that Animal Crossing: New Leaf will be available to digitally download at midnight on June 9th.
The notification goes on to suggest adding Animal Crossing: New Leaf to your Wish List on the Nintendo eShop if you want to remember to buy the game as soon as it is available.
If you have SpotPass notifications enabled on your Nintendo 3DS, you should see the message as we speak. Enjoy the cute banner.

Amazon has updated their listing for the Animal Crossing: New Leaf Prima Strategy Guide with a new cover art picture to replace the previous placeholder picture.
It’s very close to the official English box art for the game but I know some have been wondering what the real guide would look like. If you look closely, it almost appears as if the guide will be inside a hardcover holder. That’s just my poor speculation though.

We reported a few days ago that the Isabelle and Town Hall figurine/model pre-order bonus was coming to Australia via unknown retailers. Today we can report that the pre-order bonus has been spotted at EB Games in Australia.
