I finally got my very first hybrid flower today! Actually, I have two! A pink rose, and an orange rose. You can also see some failed shrubs to the right. I learned the hard way that you can’t plant them next to buildings. 🙁
As it was Sunday, I was sure to hunt down Joan for some delicious turnips to purchase. She was selling at 104 Bells, which isn’t great, but it isn’t bad either. I bought about 300 of them at 30,000-ish Bells. Read on for the rest of today’s Daily Blog:
I’ve been severely getting behind on my Daily Blogs lately and I apologize. With the release date and other events, it’s been very busy for me lately. The process of catching up begins now though, so I may post multiple entries a day until I catch up.
It’s time to dive into my second day of life in Waikiki with Animal Crossing: New Leaf for the Nintendo 3DS. Again, I may leave some sections out to keep the already insane length down, but please enjoy.

So thanks to the wonderful folks over at Nintendo of Canada, I was able to obtain an early copy of Animal Crossing: New Leaf yesterday, a couple days prior to the release. I already planned on doing daily gameplay posts on here, but they’re starting a little early now!
