K.K. Slider Is The Latest Character To Join Build A Bear X Animal Crossing: New Horizons Collection

A brand new character is joining the official Build-A-Bear X Animal Crossing: New Horizons collection starting tomorrow!

Fan favorite K.K. Slider will be the third major Animal Crossing character plush in the collection featuring his iconic Guitar prominently displayed, following the previously released Isabelle and Tom Nook.

In addition to his included guitar, two different K.K. Slider bundles will be available to choose between — one including the Animal Crossing: New Horizons Theme Music, but the other featuring a very exciting K.K. Disco song! It’s not clear if this will be the aircheck or concert version though.

Fans looking to get their hands on this new K.K. Slider plush can look forward to him becoming available on the official US Build-A-Bear Workshop website on Thursday, June 10th at 10AM Central Time. A virtual waiting room will open 30 minutes prior.

For Animal Crossing fans in the United Kingdom, you’ll have to wait just a little longer as Build-A-Bear says K.K. Slider is ‘coming soon’ to the region.

The release of K.K. Slider fulfills a previous promise by Build-A-Bear to release a new character during the Summer this year, so it’s up in the air what’s coming next for the collection.

We’re also still waiting for news on when the Build-A-Bear X Animal Crossing: New Horizons collection will become available in retail stores. The company says this will be coming sometime during the Summer still.
