Thanks to the Australian Classification Board, we now know that they upcoming Animal Crossing: amiibo Festival is at least in part developed by ND Cube.
While the press release Nintendo sent out earlier today including new Animal Crossing details didn’t say much about Animal Crossing: amiibo Festival, it appears a slightly different version was available on Nintendo.com at some point today according to Google cache, with further details on the game.

Nintendo has posted a Developer Chat recorded at E3 2015 with Animal Crossing Director Aya Kyogoku and Chibi-Robo: Zip Lash developer Risa Tabata.
