Plant and Grow Berrypetals to Catch Bumbledrops
[the_ad id=”8789″]
The first time you login to Pocket Camp during this event, the host Brewster will speak to you and give you some of your very first Berrypetal seeds for feree. Using your new seeds, tap on empty dirt plots in your garden to plant and water them. When the timer on a plant ends, the Berrypetal will bloom!
When berrypetals bloom during Brewster’s Sweet Harvest, there’s a random chance of a Bumbledrop creature spawning on top of the plant. Once a creature is ready and waiting, you’ll have to tap on it to attempt a catch. Then when attempting a catch, there’s another random chance of the catch failing. If you do successfully catch a creature, it will be added to your event task counts for special rewards!
The corresponding berrypetal and bumbledrop matches are as follows:
- Green Berrypetals spawn purple Petite Bumbledrops
- Blue Berrypetals spawn blue Jelly Bumbledrops
- Red Berrypetals spawn both green Garden Bumbledrops and purple Royal Bumbledrop
To get an idea of your chances of spawning and carching creatures, see the table below for a summary of the rates for this event. Note that Brewster’s Sweet Harvest has lower spawn rates than past events, but higher catch rates.
Creature | Spawn | Catch |
---|---|---|
Petite Bumbledrop | 60% | 80% |
Jelly Bumbledrop | 48% | 69% |
Garden Bumbledrop | 30% | 65% |
Royal Bumbledrop | 20% | 61% |

Don’t Forget to Share Your Bumbledrops
The essential key to successfully completing a gardening event in Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp is making full use of the sharing features! Due to changes made to spawn and catch rates in Brewster’s Sweet Harvest, it’s even more important than before.
Whenever you have Bumbledrops in your inventory after catching them, make sure to share them with friends! Just open your friends list, visit their garden, and place your creatures on any grown berrypetals they have sitting there. After you share, you’ll receive berrypetal seeds to help you grow more.
It’s important to know that sharing creatures never negatively effects your personal task counts and rewards — there’s absolutely no reason not to share, you can only benefit! Always share as much as possible to help yourself get more seeds, while helping your friends progress in their own tasks. If you can share creatures back and forth with a buddy, you’ll make great progress!
