First Anniversary Celebration Seasonal Event Guide

The first Seasonal Event in Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp (iOS and Android) has begun for the month of November 2018! In this seasonal event, collect First-Anniversary Candles throughout the month by participating in the other limited-time events.

How to Get First-Anniversary Candles

The main way to get First-Anniversary Candles during this seasonal event is to participate in every Pocket Camp event happening in November. This includes a gardening event, a gyroidite scavenger event, and a fishing tourney event. Each event will award you candles when you participate in them.

For example, during the Isabelle’s Party-Prep Project gardening event, you can earn candles by completing tasks in-between the ones that award event furniture. They have replaced essence and flower food rewards from previous events.

In addition to event participation, you can purchase the Anniversary Party Seasonal Pack up to 5 times for $1 each. The pack contains 30 Leaf Tickets and 5 First-Anniversary Candles. We don’t think it’s necessary to purchase the pack if you play all of the events, but it’s an option if you happen to miss one.

Anniversary Celebration Seasonal Event Goals & Rewards

There are five anniversary themed rewards available for collecting enough First-Anniversary Candles during the month. When you collect enough candles for a goal, complete the goal under the Anniversary Goals menu found by tapping the flag icon on the right side of the screen in your campsite. Check out the rewards and their requirements below:

When the seasonal event ends on November 27th, all remaining First-Anniversary Candles will be converted into Bells and sent to your mailbox.

Anniversary Celebration Event Dates

Since you need to collect First-Anniversary Candles from participating in every event throughout the month, it’s good to know exactly when those events are taking place to plan ahead. Here’s a look at the three major events happening in November that you can earn candles from.

Isabelle’s Party-Prep Project

Isabelle’s Party-Prep Project is a gardening event where you plant flowers in your campsite garden in hopes of collecting flutterbows. Complete tasks to collect both furniture and clothing items, as well as First-Anniversary Candles.

The event runs from November 1st to November 12th. A total of 30 First-Anniversary Candles can be collected during this event.

Anniversary Gyroidite Scavenger Hunt #5

Gyroidite Scavenger Hunt #5 is an item scavenger event where you search around Pocket Camp’s various locations to find special first anniversary gyroidite items on the ground and in trees. Collect them to craft new first anniversary clothing items.

Complete the Event Goals for this event to earn up to 30 First-Anniversary Candles for collecting gyrodites and crafting the event clothing.

The event runs from November 12th to November 21st.

Anniversary Fishing Tourney #8

Fishing Tourney #8 is a fishing tournament event where you catch gold sparkling tourney fish in the ocean. Catch fish and turn them into Chip to collect new dessert furniture items.

Reach total-size goal milestones for this event to earn up to 30 First-Anniversary Candles for catching golden tourney fish.

The event runs from November 21st to November 28th.
