It was pretty cloudy in Waikiki today, especially in contrast to the previous couple days of a clear sky. You can see my new neighbor Kitt has moved in next door too.
Starting off with yet another shot of my house here… Not much has changed so it’s a bit useless. You can see some changes in the landscaping on the upper left side though.
I gotta say, the flower garden outside my house is really starting to come together. There aren’t as many hybrids as I would like, but I’ll get there.
I started my day off with deciding the placement of my second Public Work Project. It’s a suspension bridge!

I finally got my very first hybrid flower today! Actually, I have two! A pink rose, and an orange rose. You can also see some failed shrubs to the right. I learned the hard way that you can’t plant them next to buildings. 🙁
As it was Sunday, I was sure to hunt down Joan for some delicious turnips to purchase. She was selling at 104 Bells, which isn’t great, but it isn’t bad either. I bought about 300 of them at 30,000-ish Bells. Read on for the rest of today’s Daily Blog:
