The Shamrock Shimmy Seasonal Event in Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp (iOS and Android) has begun and runs until March 28th! In this seasonal event, collect Kaleidoclovers throughout the event by participating in the limited-time gardening, scavenging, and fishing events.
How to Get Kaleidoclovers
The main way to get Kaleidoclovers during this seasonal event is to participate in every major Pocket Camp event happening in March. This includes a gardening event, a fishing tourney event, and a gyroidite scavenger event. Each event will award you Kaleidoclovers when you participate in them.
For example, during the Viva Festivale with Pavé gardening event, you can earn Kaleidoclovers by completing Event Goals for catching rare featherbloom creatures to complete tasks.
If you’re impatient or missed out on some of the events, you can purchase the Shamrock Shimmy Seasonal Pack up to 5 times for $1 each. The pack contains 30 Leaf Tickets and 5 Kaleidoclovers. We don’t think it’s necessary at all to purchase the pack if you play Pocket Camp’s events frequently, but it’s an option if you need to catch up or want peace of mind.
Shamrock Shimmy Seasonal Event Goals & Rewards
There are three candy themed rewards, in addition to Leaf Tickets, available for collecting Kaleidoclovers during the seasonal event period. When you collect enough Kaleidoclovers for a goal, complete the goal under the goals menu found by tapping the clover icon on the right side of the screen at your campsite.
You need to collect 60 Kaleidoclovers to complete the first page of goals. Check out the rewards and their requirements below:
If the same trends as the previous seasonal events stay the same, the three major events will provide up to 30 Kaleidoclovers each, requiring you to fully participate in at least two out of the three events to reach 60 Kaleidoclovers for completion of the first page. The second page of goals offers small amounts of bonus Leaf Tickets for fully participating in all three events or purchasing seasonal packs.
When the Shamrock Shimmy seasonal event ends after March 28th, all remaining Kaleidoclovers will be exchanged into Bells automatically and sent to your mailbox. They cannot be transferred over to future seasonal events.
Major Shamrock Shimmy Events & Dates
As you’ll need to collect Kaleidoclovers from participating in major events throughout the month, it’s good to know what those events are and when they are taking place to plan ahead. Here’s a look at the three major events happening in March that you can earn Kaleidoclovers from:
Viva Festivale with Pavé Gardening Event
Viva Festivale with Pavé is a gardening event where you plant flowers in your campsite garden in hopes of collecting rare Festivibees or everyone’s favourite peacock Pave. Complete tasks to collect Flowery Festivale furniture items, as well as Kaleidoclovers.
The event runs from February 28th to March 10th. Up to 30 Kaleidoclovers can be collected during this event.
Super Mario Fishing Tourney #12
Super Mario Fishing Tourney #12 is a Mario-themed fishing tournament event where you catch sparkling Mario-themed tourney fish in the ocean and turn them into Chip. This time around, we’re catching Mario themed fish including the legendary Cheep Cheeps and Bloopers! Reach total-size goal milestones for this event to earn Super Mario items and Kaleidoclovers.
The event runs March 14th to 20th. Up to 30 Kaleidoclovers can be collected during this event.
Gyroidite Scavenger Hunt #9: Party Balloons
Gyroidite Scavenger Hunt #9: Party Balloons is an item scavenger event where you search around Pocket Camp’s various locations to find special party Gyroidite items on the ground and in trees. Collect them to craft new party items, and to complete Event Goals for Kaleidoclovers.
The event will take place in Late March shortly after the Fishing Tourney #12: Super Mario event concludes. Up to 30 Kaleidoclovers can be collected during this event.
