How To Buy Valentine’s Day Items

You can buy two different Valentine’s Day themed items in Animal Crossing: New Horizons from February 1st to February 14th in the Seasonal tab of Nook Shopping’s Special Goods section! The January Update is required as well.

Inside of Nook Shopping during this limited time period, you’ll find the following items for sale:

Chocolate Heart for 1,200 Bells.
Heart-Shaped Bouquet for 1,200 Bells.

This menu can be accessed either by visiting the Nook Stop Terminal at Resident Services, or using the Nook Shopping app on your NookPhone if it has been unlocked.

How To Get Different Colored Chocolate Hearts & Heart-Shaped Bouquets

As you may or may not already know, there are actually multiple different color variants of both the Chocolate Heart and Heart-Shaped Bouquet items for Valentine’s Day in Animal Crossing: New Horizons.

Unfortunately, you can’t simply customize either of these items into different colors, so you need to get your hands on each color variant separately. Thankfully, the different versions are not strictly tied to your island, so it’s possible to get every style on your own with a little patience.

Simply check back into Nook Shopping’s Seasonal tab every day as different types of Chocolate Hearts and Heart-Shaped Bouquets can rotate in and out, until you’ve bought all ten of them listed in this guide. You can choose to time travel if you’d like to speed up the process, or just play it day by day.

It’s also worth asking your friends to keep an eye out for which style Valentine’s Day items are being sold in their Nook Shopping, so that they can send you a gift order copy in the mail if an item you’re missing shows up for them!

Additionally, you may receive some Chocolate Hearts and Heart-Shaped Bouquets from your favorite villagers or Isabelle in the mail on February 14th to celebrate Valentine’s Day! These items may be different variations.
